U.S. TRAINING. INDIVIDUALIZED CARE IN TOKYO.

Knowledge learned in the U.S.
Applied to the way you move.

Our care draws on knowledge and hands-on skills learned in the United States, including coursework with the Institute of Physical Art and Postural Restoration Institute. We integrate these perspectives with your assessment and goals.

IPA · U.S. COURSEWORK

Institute of Physical Art

Functional Manual Therapy®

IPA’s approach connects joint and tissue mobility, muscle coordination, and the control of everyday movement. It brings hands-on assessment and treatment together with active movement training.

In your session: we consider how mobility and muscle control work together, then connect hands-on care with movement practice relevant to your daily life.

PRI · U.S. COURSEWORK

Postural Restoration Institute

Breathing, posture & asymmetry

PRI’s educational approach considers the relationships between breathing, postural adaptations, and the body’s natural left–right differences.

In your session: this perspective informs how we assess breathing, rib cage and pelvic position, and movement habits, and how we select individualized exercises.

Our treatment plan brings these learning experiences together with clinical judgment and your individual needs.
